This weekend was a fun filled one.
We started the Friday with our Usual smiles..and then somehow I got a cold!

We had dinner with my husband and Megan at Peter Piper Pizza. I think Ive said it before and I will say it again they have the Best Pizza in the world! I dont think anything can top that.

I mentioned on here on Friday that my husband was out on drill for the weekend so it was just Me and Megan. On Saturday we hung out with my mom and Nini and I got the Bright Idea to paint her living room. We really not pros but eh it came out really nice and It feels more homey now. We also went to a local thrift store & I love it, I always find some good buys/finds.



We were looking for the top Brown-ish color.



This skirt is the cutest and I only got it for 99 cents!


On sunday we spent the day with my cousins at his Birthday party in a pool. Megan had so much fun being in the pool with her grandpa!



 Miscellany Monday

 For some odd reason trains are hating on me. Twice in one week I had to stop due to a train! That cant be a coincidence, someone is out to sabotage me:P

 This was on Wednesday....

This was Saturday! Why do we need trains?

 Megan was so intrigued by her wrinkled hands, she was staring at her hands in total shock when she came out of the pool. The pool was close to the zoo as well so she asked me if we can go to the zoo. Geez the girl wants everything:P

 Cant wait to read about everyone's weekend:)

House work

So today I was reading a blog chrislovesjulia.com  , and she posted a post about naming your house. Which I thought that was interesting. In our last home we actually called it The White House. Pretty sure Megan named it that. It had huge front windows and of course it was White. The name suited and it really stuck. It doesn't look like much but it was such a nice house. Cold in the winters but it was a nice home for the kids and our little puppy at the time. I think we lived here back in 2014, I could be wrong. In our current home we have decided to fix it up, and sell. We are 4 years into this house and we quickly realized soon after buying that it was too big for us. Sure our family was growing at the time but it's still too big for us. You will probably need a maid, which we don't have.  Recently,we bought some property out in the country on a 1.5 piece of land.
