Next batch of books please??
There are some really good things about having a kindle. The one thing that I am growing to love is the lending library. Did you know that you can borrow ebooks from you local library? I knew already from the beginning, but I thought I would have to do a whole bunch of passwords and all that shananigans, until I tried it one day and it was easy as 1..2...3. Seriously it's easy....and the best part...Its freakin' free!!! I highly encourage you avid readers to participate on this.
I'm still trying to get used to the brightness on my kindle but I've learned that you can make the screen different colors when you read. Thank god, because I think I could have gone blind.
During the highly competitive initiation that follows, Beatrice renames
herself Tris and struggles alongside her fellow initiates to live out the choice
they have made. Together they must undergo extreme physical tests of endurance
and intense psychological simulations, some with devastating consequences. As
initiation transforms them all, Tris must determine who her friends really
are—and where, exactly, a romance with a sometimes fascinating, sometimes
exasperating boy fits into the life she's chosen. But Tris also has a secret,
one she's kept hidden from everyone because she's been warned it can mean death.
And as she discovers unrest and growing conflict that threaten to unravel her
seemingly perfect society, she also learns that her secret might help her save
those she loves . . . or it might destroy her.
Kylie’s never felt normal, but surely she doesn’t belong here with a bunch of
paranormal freaks either. Or does she? They insist Kylie is one of them, and
that she was brought here for a reason. As if life wasn’t complicated enough,
enter Derek and Lucas. Derek’s a half-fae who’s determined to be her boyfriend,
and Lucas is a smokin’ hot werewolf with whom Kylie shares a secret past. Both
Derek and Lucas couldn’t be more different, but they both have a powerful hold
on her heart.
Even though Kylie feels deeply uncertain about everything, one thing is
becoming painfully clear—Shadow Falls is exactly where she belongs…
But everything she's ever worked for is threatened when Ty Greeen moves to
her school. Not only is he an amazing QB, but he's also amazingly hot. And for
the first time, Jordan's feeling vulnerable. Can she keep her head in the game
while her heart's on the line?

These are the book I have read and one that I am still currently reading.
Stolen-Lucy Christopher
From Amazon: A girl: Gemma, 16, at the airport, on her way to a family vacation.
A guy: Ty, rugged, tan, too old, oddly familiar, eyes blue as ice.
She steps away. For just a second. He pays for her drink. And drugs it. They talk. Their hands touch. And before Gemma knows what's happening, Ty takes her. Steals her away. To sand and heat. To emptiness and isolation. To nowhere. And expects her to love him.

Written as a letter from a victim to her captor, STOLEN is Gemma's desperate
story of survival; of how she has to come to terms with her living nightmare--or
die trying to fight it.
This books was pretty intense. You want to know more of the captivator, and why he chose her.
Good book!!
Ana & the French kiss-Stephanie Perkins
From Amazon: Anna can't wait for her senior year in Atlanta, where she has a good job, a
loyal best friend, and a crush on the verge of becoming more. So she's not too
thrilled when her father unexpectedly ships her off to boarding school in Paris
- until she meets Etienne St. Clair, the perfect boy. The only problem? He's
taken, and Anna might be, too, if anything comes of her crush back home. Will a
year of romantic near-misses end in the French kiss Anna awaits?
Ana and the French kiss was a very sweet romantic book...nope scratch that, it's the perfect romance book. The two main characters will win your heart.
It was a top 5 romance novel, In my list:)
Great Read!!!
Divergent-Veronica Roth
From Amazon: In Beatrice Prior’s dystopian Chicago world, society is divided into five
factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue—Candor (the
honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful),
and Erudite (the intelligent). On an appointed day of every year, all
sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of
their lives. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and
being who she really is—she can’t have both. So she makes a choice that
surprises everyone, including herself.
This book was actually a spur of the moment. I borrowed it from my library. I was actually looking for another book called Beautiful creatures but instead I just borrowed this one. I was a little hesitant on reading this book because it seems like all young adult books have that love triangle and I'm so tired of reading that. This book does not have a love triangle.
Great Read, I cant wait to read the next one!
Born at midnight-C.C. Hunter
From Amazon: One night Kylie Galen finds herself at the wrong party, with the wrong
people, and it changes her life forever. Her mother ships her off to Shadow
Falls—a camp for troubled teens, and within hours of arriving, it becomes
painfully clear that her fellow campers aren’t just “troubled.” Here at Shadow
Falls, vampires, werewolves, shapshifters, witches and fairies train side by
side—learning to harness their powers, control their magic and live in the
normal world.
Born at Midnight does have a love triangle..nope not happy about that, but I just love all the supernatural things. This one is not just vampires and wolves..but they also have shapeshifters and fairies and people seeing ghost. So far it's a really good book. I have to check if the next one is available to read on my kindle.
Great read!!!
Catching Jordan-Miranda Kenneally
From Amazon: What girl doesn't want to be surrounded by gorgeous jocks day in and day out?
Jordan Woods isn't just surrounded by hot guys, though–she leads them as the
captain and quarterback of her high school football team. They all see her as
one of the guys and that's just fine. As long as she gets her athletic
scholarship to a powerhouse university.
Catching Jordan is another ebook from my library. I'm only on page 25 but so far,its a pretty good book. Brings back memories from High school. Not totally from high school but the relationship part.
Judy Moody-Megan McDonald
From Amazon: To start, Judy Moody doesn't have high hopes for third grade. Her new desk won't
have an armadillo sticker with her name on it. Her new classroom will not have a
porcupine named Roger. And with her luck, she'll get stuck sitting in the first
row, where Mr. Todd will notice every time she tries to pass a note to her best
friend, Rocky. An aspiring doctor, Judy does have a little brother who comes in
handy for practicing medicine, a cool new pet, and a huge Band-Aid collection.
Judy also has an abundance of individuality and attitude, and when Mr. Todd assigns a very special class project, she really gets a chance to express herself! Megan McDonald's spirited text and Peter Reynolds's wry illustrations combine in a feisty, funny first chapter book for every kid who has ever felt a little out of sorts.

I read this book for my future classroom and because Megan is in a Judy Moody phase. We both loved the book.
Cute book!
