 This photo was taken about 3 weeks ago on my first day of Student Teaching. It was filled with all day meetings and getting to know the teacher. This was in the early morning waiting for my teacher to arrive, and it was super cold. My class is outside so it was pretty cold most of the day.  Jaime and I went to the flea market to see what we could find and this particular time, I actually found a ton of goodies that I needed. While we were searching for stuff, we came across this book. Honestly, the book was just gross and weird...why would I keep a dead cat? Strange stuff people do. I feel like I never see this little one anymore. I'm so glad I got MLK off, because I really needed to spend some time with this little one. I got the soundtrack of Frozen for her and she just loves it. If you have not seen the movie you need to! I think, and it's totally my opinion, the best disney movie. Like it's my number one movie. Starting since January I have been reading the Fallen series. I had the first book on my nightstand for quite awhile (October to be exact) and I never actually took it out to read it. I bought it from the half off store and just never got around to reading it until January. I love Fallen the first book and really wanted to know the whole story of the two main characters. I was not a big fan of the other books especially Passion but Rapture finally wrapped everything together. It was an o.k series. I would say thought Fallen,Torment were my favorite books and Rapture was pretty great too. I was pretty lucky that my local library had the last three books of the series in their digital library, so I didn't have to pay for any of the books except for the first one. Lucky me! How far along: 21 Weeks Size of baby:  Carrot   Total Weight Gain/Loss : +5 (Will find out today the exact number) Maternity Clothes : Is a must now Boy or Girl:   Let's hope that somehow they say that I can have an ultrasound today. Movement: Lots of movement going on. It's funny because every time he/she kicks and Jaime puts his hand the baby stops. I feel so bad for Mr. Jaime. Anything making you feel queasy or sick:  The thought of a certain convenience store.   Sleep: On weekend I wake up at 5am and during the work week I wish for more sleep. What I miss:  Being able to stand for a good while. How I'm feeling : I am feeling ready to have this baby! Cravings:  Pizza, wings, hot cheetos,and  pickles Looking forward to:  My appointment today. I have not been to the doctor since December. Best moment this week:  Megan continues to talk to the baby:)

I know I have been MIA for awhile now but I'm so busy again. I miss blogging though. I like to read all the moments we had in the year on the blog so I really need to make time for this. So lets play catch up shall we? I have two more post that I have to publish but I have still not written them. A couple of weeks ago I was putting away laundry and realized that I had missed a christmas present. In my defense I didn't put it in that particular spot, it was my husband. So when I found the present I had to come up with a story about Santa. So I told her that Santa must have left the present in my room by accident, and she bought it so whew! She loved her present. She has so many Monster High dolls it's insane On my first day of student teaching it was a hectic day and I was in need of a pick me up.  How far along: 20 Weeks Size of baby : Banana   Total Weight Gain/Loss : +5 Maternity Clothes : Is a must now Boy or Girl: Really getting tired of not knowing what is the gender...come on February! Movement: Tons! I mean he/she is always moving in the morning. Anything making you feel queasy or sick: None this week. I am actually feeling pretty good.   Sleep:  I now sleep with a pillow on my back. I just feel more comfortable. What I miss: Having my normal size body. Jaime felt the baby for the first time and the way he smiled is embedded in my brain. Cutest thing. Anything making you feel queasy or sick: Well does food poisoning count. Never again will I eat at a convenience store. Never ever ever!   Sleep:  Sleeping on my side is the only way I can sleep and of course on my back but it hurts in the morning if I do that.  I love the first half of the year. January - May. I don't know why, I just enjoy those months more than I enjoy the fall.I mean I love the fall season but for whatever reason I love the beginning of the year. I guess because of all the awesome events that happen during that time. Birthdays, Valentine's day, and  Easter, oh and my birthday. Yes, I really like the beginning half of the year. So this year Megan wants a Monster high theme Party. She wants to do it at a Pizza Place. The last time we did a Pizza Party she was 1. I don't think we are going to do something really huge, just inviting a few people and her friends. We plan on taking her on a trip during Spring break as part of her birthday present and I guess mine. She loves going to hotels, its pretty funny how much she loves to travel. I don't mean she loves being in the car the whole time but she does  like to visit cities, so that should be a nice surprise for her.

 So here we are on the first day of 2014 pregnant and awaiting the most hectic year yet.  We have a ton in store for us this year. Megan's 5th birthday, finding out the sex of the baby, state exams, graduation, students teaching, birth of our second child and working for a school district. The only thing I hope for year is that everything goes as planned and as smooth as possible. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge that I didn't meet my 100 books for 2013. I kind of fell through when the fall semester began. I blame it on school, being that it is my senior year, but it is what it is and I didn't make it. I did make it over 50 so that's a plus right? I think this year I am going to aim for 40. I should make that number lower but lets see what happens. With a new baby around who knows how much time I will have to read.
