Happy Halloween! It is a rainy day here in Texas. I was kind of hoping for a sunny one, but then again Megan has make-up on today so Im happy that it's not super hot. We woke up at 7 am to start on her costume. If you can't tell, she is Frankiestein from Monster High. We pretty much put that costume together in two weeks. She is missing one more detail to her costume but she chose not to wear them today.Parents are able to come to the Halloween party at her daycare. Megan said she really wants for me to go. I only plan on going for an hour because I really am not sure how it will go because it's kind of wet outside so Im not sure how long I will be there at the party. I do know that Megan and I bought way to many candy bags for her friends and we also made some cupcakes for them. We are having a grand time with this whole halloween fiasco! I am excited for Megan. I've been eating a ton of fruits too.   Maternity Clothes: Just the one pair of pants for work Gender: Not yet  Movement:I have not felt anything yet.    Anything making you feel queasy or sick: Brushing my teeth is the hardest thing, my gag reflex is on full force. I finally had my full blown morning sickness. It was pretty bad. I felt even worse because my little sister had spent the night and heard everything. Poor thing. Sleep:Much better, this past week I had to sleep at 11pm due to a quiz I had to turn in at 9 am the next morning. Then Jaime and I stayed up watching Breaking Bad on Saturday. So school has gotten to the point where Im over it. Im tired, I just want to be finished. Well I recieved some good news. I have been verbally cleared to graduate in May with  a Bachelors of Science. I was so happy when they told me that. The only thing pending are some transcripts from two schools. Which I will be making the drive to the schools this week. Also, we have already started discussing student teaching. I really hope I get a teacher that does not let me take over. I secretly hope I get a kindergarten class. I still need third grade but Im going to assume the third grade teacher will not let me take over her class due to state testing. I know I would not. So I should be starting January 4th, which is a teachers in service, and I do need to go. For what? I have not clue but they told us that whatever the teacher does we do too. Im more afraid of the teacher/ parent conferences. Im scared. So that's whats happening at school. That was just part of this past weekend. Afte...

  I know I posted a good handful of Bumpdates this week. I'm so sorry. I didn't plan for all this confusion in my pregnancy.  I'm just happy I am able to do these and baby is fine and healthy. How far along: 8 Weeks    Size of baby: kidney bean Total Weight Gain/Loss:  Surprisingly I have not gained anything and have not lost anything.   Maternity Clothes: The pants in this picture are the only pants I have that are maternity, and lord do they feel amazing! We had our 2nd Ultrasound on Tuesday. So many emotions were running through my head and I really just wanted to see how baby was doing. I was terrified. My mom thankfully was able to come with me. Jaime had shift that day so he could not make it. When it was finally my turn to see the tech we went in and she asked if It was my first ultrasound and I told her why I was there again. My main scare was that baby was not growing for whatever reason. I was so scared and was holding my moms hand. I was so relieved when I saw baby at a normal size for a 9 week old. I started to cry because I was so scared, and so happy that baby was o.k. He/she was even wiggling so much. I loved it. It brought a smile to my face knowing that he/she is fine and is having a fun time in my little belly. I sit here typing this still crying because the relief of knowing your baby is o.k is just amazing.

 This week has been an eventful week for us. We had another Ultrasound which I will post about that later, and Megan's daycare has also had activities all week. They had crazy sock day, camouflage day, firefighter day, and pajama day.I think her favorite day was crazy sock day, she got to wear her Monster High socks. On the day of gymnastics we passed by a bowling alley and Megan asked why don't go bowling often and I told we could go the next day. Everyday it's usually the same ol think so I was glad that she got us out of our routine for once. We had a pretty fun time just the three of us. We got some snacks, listened to some country music and she was just having a really good time with Jaime and I. It was just a perfect family moment. So Allegiant came out this week!! Awesome right! I had to pre-order it from Amazon. It was pretty cheap actually, compared to buying it full price at Target. Then I get free shipping in two days so it's lovely. I can go on and on ...

I know it looks like I'm super skinny. This shirt just makes my pregnancy belly look good. How far along:7 Weeks    Size of baby: blueberry Total Weight Gain/Loss: 0 Maternity Clothes: None so far Gender: Not sure yet  Movement: None Anything making you queasy or sick: Tuna, Corndogs and a little of Hot cheetos...gross! Sleep:  Its is still terrible. I'm waking up at least 5 times in the middle of the night. What I miss: Not having my boobs hurt. Happy or Moody most of the time: Well When Jaime is not at home I feel so sad and when he is home I'm o.k. Its like this baby knows when Jaime is gone. It always happens. Cravings: none that I can think of for this week. Looking forward to: going shopping tomorrow for a "DIY baby blanket". Best Moment This Week: Megan saying that she is going to have a little brother...and me turning team baby girl.

Sleep:  So tired and sleeping at 9 pm. What I miss: Not having my boobs hurt. Happy or Moody most of the time: Still mostly happy but occasionally I will get irritated by small things. Cravings: Right now all I'm craving is pickles and some pizza hut wings. Don't think I'll get to eat them but the craving is there. Looking forward to: Seeing baby again for the second time. Best Moment This Week: Seeing our little cutie "shrimpy". We are calling baby shrimpy because of the weird confusion he/she gave us. He/She is just too tiny.

O.k so on October 1st we had our first ultrasound. When we got situated the tech said that the gel was going to be warm...well I have no idea what she thinks is warm because it was more like HOT. She started to look for baby. At first I could not see baby, and I started to panic. Side note: For some reason I have been thinking that something is going to go wrong. So this ultrasound was very necessary for myself. Everything is just so different this time around that it scares me so much. After awhile she finally found the baby. The first thing I noticed was that baby was really small for being 9 weeks. I remember telling the tech, why is she/he so small? She said that she could not answer those type of questions. Which got me to panic more. I started to tear up because I could not see a heartbeat and I could barely see the baby. She made the picture bigger and I could finally see a tiny flicker. I know it's Wednesday and Im pretty late on this but eh it's ok:) This past weekend we took a little road trip to Corpus Christi to visit my sister for her 21st birthday. We left from the city about 8 am and arrived at 10 to Corpus. We had one melt down so that was pretty good I guess, except for the yelling part.  It was starting to rain when we arrived which was a total bust because we all wore shorts. My sister lives pretty much on the ocean so the wind was pretty breezy. When we walked into her apartment it was super cold! I mean my mother was under the blanket and everyone else had their arms crossed. It was like stepping into an igloo.   My sister has a roommate that is actually pretty good with decorating. I am not very good with decorating and I just fell in love with their apartment. Its just so girly:) My husband would never let me have our place look like that. Boohooo. The other day Jaime and I went to Target just to pick up a few things which of course led us to buy other things that were not on the list for that day. While we were there picking up a few items for Megan and the house, we of course walked around the baby section. While we were there we talked about what sort of things we would wanted this time around. He really wants a moby wrap(wow!) and he also wants a breast pump (for me not for him :) I think I've mentioned on here that money was really tight when we had Megan and things were a little tougher than what I put off. Thankfully that's not the case this time around. Anyway, we had hand me down bottles. The only thing we bought were the nipples and the liners that we would buy almost every two weeks. Those liners are not inexpensive but they were very worth it because Megan probably only got sick once. Megan is doing great in Gymnastics. She is still learning that she needs to tuck her chin in but other than that she is loving it. I love it when she glaces to where I am at just to know that I'm close by her. I'm thinking of keeping her in gymnastics but also next year putting her into either cheer leading or soccer. I want her to be active and not at home watching tv.  We bought baby's first item. Its called a 3 in 1 rocker. Bought it off of amazon,of course. Amazon is my best friend. Megan was so eager to open it up but lost interest because I thought it would just accumulate dust from being opened and not used for too long. We still have yet to open it so it's still in it's little box. Im not sure what we are going to get baby next. However, I am looking forward to getting the crib going. I think I'm going to go with the whole gender neutral stuff. I'm not a big fan of blue and pink. Some thing like orange and navy blue is what I'm thinking abo...

The first ultrasound went a little different than expected. I wasn't expecting what they told me. So until further notice I will not doing any bumpdates. Baby heartbeat is fine. However, the bumpdates will not resume until 3 weeks from now. I will still write them but I wont be hitting the publish button. I will give you the details later:)
